What determines the price?

Size and complexity
Larger or more complex locations require more scanning time and processing capacity. We scan an average hotel in 4 to 6 hours.

Number of spaces and floors
Each navigation point is scanned individually for a seamless end result.

Travel distance
We operate throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. Travel costs are included transparently in the quote.

Add-ons and integrations
Floor plans, Google Street View linking, Social Tables, or website integration can be added as optional extras.

Hosting and maintenance
Tours are hosted via Matterport. We offer optional maintenance agreements for updates after renovation or refurbishment.

A fixed quote up front means you know exactly where you stand. You pay for the end result — a live, ready-to-use 3D tour — not for the time it takes. If a scan runs longer due to the complexity of your location, that is our risk, not yours.

An average hotel — rooms, lobby, restaurant and facilities — ranges from €1,500 to €3,500, depending on floor area and number of rooms. For a few hotel rooms or a small B&B, prices start at €750.
The tour itself is a one-off investment. Hosting runs via Matterport; we offer optional annual maintenance contracts to keep your tour accessible and up to date.
You only pay for a new scan of the changed spaces, not for the entire location.
A 360° photo walkthrough is often cheaper to purchase, but offers no freely navigable 3D model, no floor plan view, and no measurement function. For locations that depend on bookings or viewings, a Matterport tour pays for itself faster.
