A 3D virtual tour is an interactive digital representation of your physical location. Visitors walk through it virtually via their browser or smartphone, view every room from every angle, and instantly get a complete impression of the atmosphere and layout.

We create these tours using professional Matterport Pro3 cameras. We process the scan into a navigable 3D environment that you can embed directly on your website, in your Google Business profile, or share via a link.

Sector: Business & leisure hotel (5-star, Marriott Bonvoy)
Shoot date: March 2026
Scope: 4 virtual tours, 600+ scan points, 4,500 m², 2 days on site
Scanned: Lobby, conference rooms, restaurant, bar and the Koepelkerk
Result: Full renovation captured: new restaurant, lobby, meeting room specs and layout, the connection to the church, and the new rooftop bar. Deployed as part of a national and international MICE campaign.

Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin
Noordwijk

Sector: Business hotel and conference venue (5-star, family-owned)
Shoot date: September 2025
Scope: 6 virtual tours, 600+ scan points, 6,500 m², 2 days on site
Scanned: Conference rooms, hotel rooms, suites, penthouses, Restaurant Latour and Bar Maritime
Result: Several connected floors with stairs and foyers link the hotel and its beachfront restaurant; the tour makes that flow between meeting spaces clear. Part of an international MICE campaign and integrated on the website.

We always work with a fixed quote based on your specific situation — no hourly rates, no surprises afterwards. A 3D virtual tour starts at €750; an average hotel or conference venue ranges from €1,500 to €3,500.

A 3D virtual tour from Panora Studio starts at €750 for a small location, such as a few hotel rooms or a small showroom. An average hotel or conference venue ranges from €1,500 to €3,500, depending on floor area, number of rooms and floors. Larger or more complex locations receive a fixed custom quote. All prices include the on-site scan with a Matterport Pro3 camera, processing, and delivery within 3 to 5 business days.
We scan an average hotel or office in 4 to 6 hours. For large conference centres or complex buildings this can extend to a full day. We always schedule sufficient time to ensure no space is missed.
No, your location does not need to be closed. We prefer to work in the morning or during quiet periods to minimise disruption to guests or staff.
After the scan we process the data within 3 to 5 business days. You will then receive the embed code and a direct link so you can publish the tour straight away.
All tours are hosted on Matterport's secure servers. You do not need to arrange your own hosting. We offer annual maintenance contracts to keep your tour accessible and up to date.
Yes. Matterport tours can be integrated with Google Street View, making them visible in Google Maps and Google Search. Integration with Booking.com is possible via the platform's embed feature.
We can update the tour after a renovation or refurbishment. You only pay for a new scan of the changed spaces. For locations that change regularly we offer maintenance contracts.
Yes. Matterport provides tools to automatically blur faces and licence plates. We apply this as standard for shoots in public or semi-public spaces. For specific privacy requirements we discuss the approach in advance.
A 360° photo walkthrough consists of individual photos linked together. A Matterport tour is a fully three-dimensional model: visitors can navigate freely, view the space from above as a floor plan, and measure distances. The quality and experience are significantly higher.
Yes, Matterport tours work on all modern devices: desktop, tablet, and smartphone. On mobile you navigate with touch gestures. The tour can also be viewed in VR mode with a compatible headset.
