Why

What does a 3D tour deliver for your hotel?

01

More direct bookings

Guests who have already seen the room virtually stop weighing you against a lower rate. They book with more confidence, more often directly on your own website instead of via a commission-charging OTA.

02

Stronger MICE sales

Event planners choose a room they have already seen over one that only competes on price. They assess your meeting rooms online, without a site visit. Your sales team shares one link instead of dozens of photos, and the tour works directly inside Cvent Social Tables, so planners can shortlist you without waiting on emailed photos.

03

Fewer mismatches, fewer complaints

Guests know exactly what they are booking. Realistic expectations mean better reviews and fewer cancellations.

04

Visible in Google

Through the Street View link, your tour appears in Google Maps and your Google Business profile — where guests are already searching.

05

Repeat planners and guests

Guests and planners who knew exactly what to expect come back. A stay or event with no surprises earns you the next booking instead of another round of comparison shopping.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions from hoteliers

No. We prefer to scan in the morning or during quiet periods and work around your guests. We scan an average hotel in 4 to 6 hours.
No, we usually scan one representative room per room type, plus the public areas and meeting rooms. That keeps the tour clear and the costs limited.
Yes. We provide integration with Cvent Social Tables for MICE sales, and the tour can also be placed on Booking.com and your own website via the embed feature.
We only rescan the changed spaces and update the existing tour. For hotels that renew regularly, we offer maintenance contracts.
Event planners view your meeting spaces directly inside Cvent Social Tables instead of waiting for photos or a site visit. That shortens your response time on RFPs and lets your sales team handle more requests without extra capacity.
Often it isn\u0027t your rate, it is what a planner can see beforehand. A hotel that already shows its rooms and meeting spaces earns trust faster than one that only sends photos by email, and that translates directly into more bookings won on experience rather than price alone.
